About Dr. Hugo Laparra Escareño
Dr. Hugo Laparra Escareño is a board-certified angiologist and vascular surgeon with advanced subspecialty training in endovascular surgery from the University of Milano Bicocca in Italy. He practices at Hospital Médica Sur, one of Mexico's most respected JCI-accredited hospitals.Born in Mexico City on May 24, 1986, he developed an early interest in surgery and teaching. He graduated with honors from the specialty program at the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición "Salvador Zubirán."
He has participated in over 20 scientific events in Mexico and abroad and has contributed to more than 20 publications in national and international journals. He currently serves as an Associate Professor of the Angiology and Vascular Surgery Course at the same institute.
