Dr. Varindera Paul Singh

Dr. V. P. Singh is one of India's most experienced neurosurgeons, with more than four decades of expertise in cranial, spinal, and peripheral nerve surgery. His special interests include brain tumor surgery, cerebrovascular surgery, epilepsy surgery, and radiosurgery.

He is credited with establishing the Gamma Knife Surgery Unit and Epilepsy Surgery Program at AIIMS, New Delhi, where he served as Additional Professor and Unit Head of Neurosurgery. Over the course of his career, he has performed more than 400 intracranial aneurysm surgeries and has extensive experience in the treatment of arteriovenous malformations using radiosurgical techniques.

Dr. Singh has contributed significantly to neurosurgical research, with over 70 publications in national and international journals and medical books. His work has played an important role in advancing modern neurosurgical practices in India.
